When the problem occurs, the engine oil pan must be removed. Carefully check the use of the engine bushings, and check the gap between the bushes. If it is too large, it should be replaced in time if the gap is too large. Replace the connecting rod bolts when replacing the stud bolts. If some large-scale equipment such as nail making machine is running normally, if it is found that the engine is not running stably or abnormal noise occurs, it should be stopped and inspected in time to avoid bigger problems.
During each repair, the newly replaced stud bolts and other newly replaced accessories must be inspected. During the inspection, the head and guide parts of the stud bolts must be focused on, and each part of the thread must be checked strictly. There are no cracks or dents. Also check whether the tooth shape of the stud bolt has changed. If there is any abnormality in the pitch, if there is an abnormal situation, it cannot be used any more. A torque wrench should be used when installing the connecting rod cover. It must be tightened in accordance with the prescribed standards. The torque should not be too large or too small.
